The hall is used regularly to host one off events such as wedding receptions, children’s parties, private lunches, birthday, anniversary and christening celebrations. It is also utilised on a regular basis by local clubs and groups such as the Women’s Institute, Pilates, dance and aerobic classes.The hall is also in regular use by the adjacent East Claydon C of E School.
The main hall is approximately 12 metres by 7.5 metres (39’ x 25’) leading from this is an annexe which measures 10 m by 5.7 m (32’ x 18’). Outside there is a large garden 23m by 20m (75’ x 65’) this also features a BBQ area.
The hall has a well equipped kitchen. This features two ovens and a five ring ceramic hob, fridge and dishwasher. Hirer’s have access to cutlery, cups, dinner plates etc. There are approximately 20 large tables and over 90 chairs.
The hall also houses a well stocked, fully licensed bar which is run by the “The Mushroom Club”. The adjoining Mushroom Club bar is available for hire in conjunction with your hall booking. Note that the bar incurs additional fees for the bar staff serving at your event. Please discuss this with our bookings manager on enquiry.
Below are the charges for hire; the lesser charges apply for hires by local residents of East, Botolph, Middle Claydon, Sandhill and Verney Junction or hires by local charitable and volunteer groups.

£100 deposit is required at the time of booking which will be returned in full if there is no damage to the hall or facilities.
We have a small stage, sound system (at extra cost), disco lighting and glitter ball.
